Amazing Moroccan Californian cuisine! Fantastic service with a lively environment pairs well with the menu choices. Great flavors and good drinks from a price point that says "I can eat here without selling my kidney on the black market to pay for it!". That being said for two people with drinks expect to pay $150-200 if you wanna try all the good stuff.

Aziza really does have a slightly different and really good take on flavors that is very attractive. I've missed this restaurant and I am delighted it is back in its more relaxed self and not its short-lived uptight self. And a big shout out to the wine director who has not one, not two, but 3 Falanghina on her wine list. Well done!

Just like the old Aziza!!! Not really though, but at least the food is still great. Definitely try a cocktail. The layout is more open, less intimate than before and although the prices are similar I think the servings are bigger. We got out for about 70 a person with tax and tip including drinks, which I think is good for this level of quality and service in SF.

Actual rating is a 4.5. The meatballs and chickpea stew were very tasty, and the chicken liver mousse was one of the most interesting things I had all year. (To be clear, I liked it although the combination of flavors took some getting used to.). The wine selection was interesting, the service was attentive, and the ambience was pleasant. The only small critique I guess I could give is that nothing went above very good. Then again, nothing went below that level either.

Loved the remodel. A couple miscues at the bar but the food was well executed and came out in a relaxed cadence. The chicken liver mousse was a standout.

Everything here was delicious. This place is really spacious and very easy to carry on a conversation with your dinner mates. There were larger groups and pairs of people eating.

ItÒ€ℒs a bit out of the way if youÒ€ℒre downtown, but on the plus side the food is excellent and the prices are lower than comparable places that are closer to downtown. Lamb shank and beets were the big winners for me. Meatballs were excellent too. I didnÒ€ℒt love the carrots because they are sweet pickled. Cocktails were inventive and good looking but nothing special in terms of taste.

Local Richmond District baby and been to Aziza back in 2009 and was not impressed with the pacing of the food nor the front of the house server. Jump to 2020 and back again...the decor is lovely given my propensity for desert minimalist. There were white table cloth that covers those sticky tables others commented on. Our server was nothing but attentive and was able to suggest items which we jumped on...order that side of couscous. The smoked trout was also delicious as it was very refreshing. Food which was never problem for Mourad continues to shine. Overall a great experience and will be back.
